Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using DealSafe, you agree to these terms. DealSafe is an escrow platform connecting freelancers and clients in Pakistan.

2. ESCROW SERVICE

• DealSafe holds payments on behalf of clients until work is approved
• Funds are released to freelancers only after client approval
• DealSafe charges a service fee on completed transactions

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Client:

• Must deposit full agreed amount before work begins
• Must review and approve/dispute work within 7 days of submission
• Must provide accurate payment details

Freelancer:

• Must complete work as per agreed milestones
• Must not begin work until payment is confirmed as held
• Must respond to disputes within 48 hours

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Either party may raise a dispute
• DealSafe team will review within 24-48 hours
• DealSafe's decision is final
• Funds will be released to the appropriate party

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Fraudulent transactions
• Money laundering
• Providing false information
• Harassment of other users

6. FEES

• Currently free during beta
• Fee structure will be announced before implementation
• Users will be notified 30 days in advance

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DealSafe is not responsible for:

• Quality of freelance work
• Client's ability to pay
• Delays caused by either party

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
